We will attempt to delete or obfuscate only the portions of your identifying information upon your request and coordinate based on your request. By default, we will target all of your data for deletion upon receipt of a deletion request, but you may specify in your email which portions of your data to delete or maintain. Please reference the list below regarding the types of data Ago collects.
Due to the requirement for legal discovery involving insurance claims and/or incidents related to rental vehicles, some data must be retained until applicable statute of limitations have expired.

Account Access
At the time of processing your request, access to your account from all devices across all fleets will be disabled.
Full Name
In order to run motor vehicle reports, issue insurance, and provide other services relating to Ago services, user's full names are collected and shared with suppliers as required to render services.
Upon request, this information will be obfuscated or deleted from our systems (excluding backups) within 90 days of your request or within 90 days of your last vehicle rental, whichever is second.
The retention period for backups of this data is six years plus twelve months after last reservation end.
Date of Birth
In order to run motor vehicle reports and provide other services relating to Ago services, each driver's date of birth is collected.
Upon request, this information will be obfuscated or deleted from our systems (excluding backups) within 90 days of your request or within 90 days of your last vehicle rental, whichever is second. All related photographs will be removed from our systems entirely (excluding backups).
The retention period for backups of this data is six years plus twelve months after last reservation end.
Driver's License
In order to run motor vehicle reports, issue insurance, and provide other services relating to Ago services, pictures of user's driver's licenses are collected, as well as the driver's license number and other related information pertaining to the driver's license as necessary to ensure safe legal driving of Ago vehicles.
Upon request, this information will be obfuscated or deleted from our systems (excluding backups) within 90 days of your request or within 90 days of your last vehicle rental, whichever is second. All related photographs will be removed from our systems entirely (excluding backups).
The retention period for backups of this data is six years plus twelve months after last reservation end.
User Photos
In order to run motor vehicle reports, issue insurance, and provide other services relating to Ago services, Ago may collect a picture of the user, or other pictures relating to the services being provided.
Upon request, any pictures provided by the driver will be removed from our systems entirely (excluding backups) within 90 days of request or within 90 days of the end of the user's last vehicle rental, whichever is last.
The retention period for backups of this data is six years plus twelve months after last reservation end.
Motor Vehicle Report
In order to ensure safe legal driving of Ago vehicles, Ago may run motor vehicle reports on its drivers after gaining the driver's consent through a mobile application or website.
Ago does not save this data internally. Ago processes this data to ensure safe legal driving of Ago Vehicles. This information is held by a servicer outsourcer CheckR, Inc., but Ago reserves the right to change outsourcers without notice. Upon request, Ago will request removal of the data from the data owner's platform within 90 days of request or within 90 days of the driver's last reservation, whichever is last.

Payment Information
In order to process payment, Ago accesses user's payment information through a third party servicer.
Ago does not save this data internally. Ago processes this data to render payments when necessary. In order to process payment, Ago accesses user's payment information through a third party servicer, which maintains a ledger of the user's purchase history.

Location Data (Approximate & Precise)
In order to ensure the correct, insured driver is accessing Ago vehicles, to provide insurance savings based on safe driving, and to provide keyless access to Ago Vehicles, Ago collects user Location data.
Upon request, within 90 days of the request or within 90 days of the end of the driver's last vehicle rental, whichever is last, the information that identifies this data will be obfuscated such that it does not relate to any indentifiable person.
Within seven years of request or seven years of the end of the driver's last vehicle rental, whichever is last, this data will be deleted.
Phone Number
In order to communicate with and identify the driver, a phone number is collected during signup.
Upon request, this information will be obfuscated or deleted from our systems (excluding backups) within 90 days of your request or within 90 days of your last vehicle rental, whichever is second.
The retention period for backups of this data is six years plus twelve months after last reservation end.
Email
In order to communicate with and identify the driver, an email address is collected during signup.

User ID
In order to identify the driver, a user ID is assigned during signup.
This information cannot be deleted, but contains no identifying information.
Device ID
In order to improve our application and identify fraud, information about a user's device may be collected, such as MAC address, IMEI number, model number, or other similar information relating to the device hardware and software.
This information cannot be deleted, but contains no personally identifying information.
Crash Logs
In order to improve our application, crash logs may be collected.
This information cannot be deleted, but contains no personally identifying information.
Diagnostics
In order to improve our application, diagnostics may be collected.
This information cannot be deleted, but contains no personally identifying information.
In-App Messages
By communicating with the driver, messages may be sent in-application which are stored on Ago's databases.
Upon request, this information will be disassociated from any identifiable person in our systems (excluding backups) within 90 days of your request or within 90 days of your last vehicle rental, whichever is second.
The retention period for backups of this data is six years plus twelve months after last reservation end.
SMS
By communicating with the driver, Ago may use a third party servicer to send an SMS text message. The servicer may retain record of such messages.
Ago does not save this data internally. This information is held by a servicer outsourcer Twilio, Inc., but Ago reserves the right to change outsourcers without notice. Upon request, Ago will request removal of the data from the data owner's platform within 90 days of request or within 90 days of the driver's last reservation, whichever is last.

Email
By communicating with the driver, Ago may send emails to the user.
Upon request, this information will be deleted from our email servers within seven years of the request, or within seven years of the end of the driver's last vehicle rental, whichever is last.

Files and Docs
In order to run motor vehicle reports, issue insurance, and provide other services relating to Ago services, Ago may collect a picture of the user, the user's driver's license, or other pictures relating to the services being provided.
